The Florida Marlins are a professional baseball team based in Miami, Florida. Established in 1993 as an expansion franchise,The Marlins are notable for winning the World Series twice (1997, 2003), in the only two times they've made it to the postseason. They have never won first place in their division, advancing to the playoffs both times as the National League Wild Card winner. They are the only team to date to have won all of their postseason series.
